Our remote-control gas fireplace suddenly stopped working in the middle of the day, and despite calling in the afternoon, they were able to send someone out the same day—which was already impressive. But what made it even more remarkable was that this happened on a rare cold day in Houston, with temperatures already down to 30°F. I can only imagine how busy they were, yet they still made time to help us. The technician was incredibly friendly and professional, and what I initially thought would be a simple electronic/controller fix turned out to require a full valve replacement. Not only did they handle the replacement efficiently, but they also performed a thorough maintenance check and deep cleaning of the entire fireplace. The job took about 1.5 hours, and the team stayed past 9 PM to ensure everything was working perfectly—without cutting any corners. Their dedication, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Texas Chimney LLC to anyone in need of fireplace repairs, maintenance, or servicing. They went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

I must admit I had some doubt regarding the cost but after Nadav explained to me what he was proposing I agreed to spend the extra money to do a complete refurbishment of my heatilator gas fire-logs and system. He cleaned the entire system, got the pilot light and ignitor button working again and repainted the interior of the firebox with high temperature paint. He also cleaned the glass that protects the fireplace unit. The fireplace looks brand new and we are extremely pleased with Texas Chimney, LLC. From the time I phoned at 2 pm to request service to time he arrived on same day to complete the work was three hour, same day service. You cannot beat it!! John B.

NadavVerified Texas Chimney sent their technician Isaac to complete an inspection of our gas fireplace. Contacted me prior to arrival and informed me of his ETA. Upon arrival, he did an inspection of the unit that required changing out the receiver and control. After the installation, he cleaned around the unit and tested for any leaks. Great overall service with safety in mind. Thank you!Verified So grateful they were able to come the same day I contacted them since it has been so cold. Very prompt in their response and very professional in Troubleshooting my gas fireplace! I'm so happy our fireplace is back in business.
